A New Era Begins with the Full Acceptance into AKC, January 2015
I want to send a Special Thank You to Everyone, for All the Support You Have Given the US through the Years....We have had many ups and downs, since 1995, more ups and downs, the loss of Fauno, Clothos, Latria, Gae, Gala, Nerea, Athena, and our Florinda, and many others who past away. However, they have left us a legacy of themselves in all our Bergamascos that are out there today. I can't ask for a better group of people. With your support throughout the years, the Bergamasco has touched the hearts of so many people.
With the approaching AKC recognition there will be many changes, not all for the best as we have seen with many other breeds. I just want everyone to know that it is not my intention to change our Bergamascos for the public or for the judges. I will continue as I have always done in the past, to represent our Bergamascos to their best as they were meant to be... I will not send my dogs to handlers to show for that Special AKC Win. It is Not Who We Are....Just Believe in that furry being at the end of the leash, and you will forever be the Winner:)
